After you call Black Diamond to get a new AC, one of our comfort consultants will come to your home to help determine what’s best for your needs and budget. They’ll leave you a proposal, then, once you decide and accept the proposal, our coordinator team will be in touch to schedule a date for the installation.

The team at Black Diamond does not recommend replacing your AC yourself. Even if you have the technical know-how to install an air conditioner, all the electrical components add an elevated risk to the process. It’s best to leave it to the professionals.

The average installation takes four to eight hours, including removing your old unit and turning on your new one. However, every home and every project is different, so times may vary.

A well-maintained AC system can last up to 15 years. We highly recommend annual maintenance on your AC to keep your equipment running at peak efficiency.
