We found our hot water heater leaking on a Sunday. We called for help at 11:30 am and the new replacement was up and running by 3:30 pm. Our technician, Josh was extremely helpful and friendly.

Fast response, but not clear with fees being waved

There is a trip fee charged. Trip fee changes if it is after hours or weekend. They wont make it clear if the whole trip fee is waived if you decide to do the service. Be careful. Fee is split in 2. First 79$ + 95$ (after hours/wknd). Only first fee is waived. They won't be clear. You would assume that the whole "trip fee" is waived regardless if is after-hours, but nope.

Hi Oscar. We're sorry you're still confused about this. We reviewed your call recordings several times to make sure that we were as clear as possible with you on the phone, and we feel that we were. We'll review this again with our scheduling department, but we absolutely did not intend to confuse you and we think we did a pretty good job of explaining it. We're sorry you are disappointed to pay the $95 fee for having us come out afterhours.
