Looking to get into the trades, but not sure where to start?
Look no further than Black Diamond’s Prospect Program. Our Prospect Program is a 9–12-month program that gives those interested in the trade’s exposure to our plumbing, sewer, HVAC, and electric divisions. After the 12-month rotation, graduates will be apprenticeship ready.
